My experience with the home inspection was exceptional and I am grateful for the thoroughness and professionalism of the inspector, Rob. From the first phone call to schedule the inspection, Rob was prompt and accommodating. He was able to schedule the inspection at a time that worked for my mother and was understanding of her needs as a homeowner. On the day of the inspection, Rob arrived on time and was friendly and approachable. He explained the process to my mother and made her feel comfortable throughout the inspection. He also took the time to answer any questions that she had. The inspection itself was incredibly detailed and comprehensive.
