He came with good recommendation from my brother. He is quick to answer and return calls as well as accommodating to a small window of time during the home buying process. Based on his report, I can tell he takes his time reviewing important parameters in a home inspection including many photos and videos that allows us to see what he sees. The report was delivered to us on the same day. He debriefed his concerns the same evening regarding any thing he spotted and even offers good recommendations for fixes professionally and DIY options.
