Robert’s Real Estate Maintenance Background

When you’re buying a new house, you want someone on your side who knows the many ins and outs of residential properties. That’s exactly what you’ll get when you work with Robert. He has been in the real estate and property management maintenance field since 2009. This hands-on experience has shown him the many things that can go wrong in a home, along with the critical importance of being proactive.

Robert started his industry experience with many years of maintenance work on multiple multimillion-dollar Florida resort condominiums. After moving back to Charlotte in 2014, he transitioned into apartment maintenance. He has worked in a wide array of residential properties, including garden-style complexes, high-rise condos, mid-rise complexes, and HUD/Section 8 complexes. Robert’s skills and experience in all fields of residential maintenance and management make him one of the most qualified home inspectors to work with.

Transitioning to Home Inspections

Robert decided to become a home inspector after buying his first house. He passed a home inspection course held at the local community college, followed by passing his state licensing exam. He currently works as a home inspector and a maintenance supervisor, but his ultimate goal is to help people in the Charlotte, NC, area full-time as a home inspector.

Behind the Scenes with Robert

Robert loves helping the local community by conducting comprehensive home inspections. During his off time, he also enjoys being with his family, friends, and two dogs, working on home repairs/renovations, and exploring the local area’s parks, good eats, and breweries.
